The market has changed to what is now, more than ever, a buyer’s market – with clients in the driver’s seat. This reality calls for organizations to develop and adopt innovative strategies in order to deliver high quality and responsive services, and thrive. At this program, attendees will learn how to meet challenges head-on by developing innovative, collaborative efforts, and cross-selling platforms that will ultimately keep and grow business.
